If a user is experiencing an issue with the tool, please have them try the following steps:
- 1. Give the best description you can provide with as much detail as possible of the issue.
- 2. Exact time of day and timezone the problem was experienced.
- 3. Are you able to access other websites?
- 4. Log out of the tool and back in, does that solve the problem?
- 5. Can you access the tool outside of Salesforce with the following link?
- 6. Clear your browser’s cache and refresh the browser while viewing the tool, does that solve the problem?
- 7. Try a different browser. Does the problem persist?
- 8. Does restarting your device solve the problem?
